  1. Coverage: Benefits and coverage are subject to the terms and conditions of your specific insurance policy. Please verify the list of required claim documents in your policy details.
  2. Language: Supporting documents for claim consideration must be in English or Thai only.
  3. Notification Period: The insured must submit all documents or evidence to the company within 30 days of the incident date.
  4. Processing Time: Claim consideration and payment will be processed within 3 business days after the company receives all completed documents.
  5. Receipts: For claim consideration, only original receipts will be accepted.
  6. Minor Applicants (Under 18 years old): If the insured is a minor, please provide the following additional documents:
    • Copy of the Birth Certificate.
    • Copy of the father’s or mother’s bank passbook (for receiving the claim payment).
    • Copy of the father’s or mother’s National ID card.

Terms & Conditions

  1. The Insured must be
    • Aged between 1 – 80 years old
    • Healthy and has no part of the body is disabled.
    • Meet the criteria according company conditions.
  2. The applicant can only apply for one insurance policy over the same time period.
  3. The Company reserves the right to decline coverage for travel to, within, or through
    • Pattani
    • Yala
    • Narathiwat
  4. The Insured must purchase the insurance plan prior to arrival in Thailand. Coverage is subject to the completion of official immigration procedures
  5. Food Poisoning or Acute Gastroenteritis (AGE) refers to an acute gastrointestinal disorder caused by the consumption of food or water contaminated with toxins or pathogens. Common symptoms include nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, diarrhea, and fatigue, which may lead to dehydration or electrolyte imbalance. Criteria for Coverage: To be eligible for coverage, the condition must be clearly diagnosed by a physician and supported by:
    • A definitive medical diagnosis.
    • Blood test results and/or laboratory findings demonstrating abnormalities in blood electrolyte levels (Electrolyte Imbalance) as confirmation.

Exclusions

  1. Pre-existing Conditions are not covered.
  2. Period of Journey: The journey starts upon the Insured’s arrival in Thailand and continues until the Insured departs from Thailand, unless otherwise specified in the policy. Arrival in and departure from Thailand shall be evidenced by official immigration stamps.
  3. All details regarding General Conditions, Provisions, General Exclusions, and Coverage are subject to the terms and conditions of the Insurance Policy.
